The Certified Medical Assistant supports dermatologists by rooming patients, documenting vital information, and assisting with various surgical and clinical procedures. They are also responsible for maintaining exam rooms, scheduling appointments, and providing post-operative care.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and post-high school education in a medical support field. At least one year of recent experience in a medical office is preferred, along with the ability to travel to other clinic locations.

Summary:
The Certified Medical Assistant is essential during the patient visit, accompanying the dermatologist in the room and promoting a friendly and efficient environment for patients, staff, and dermatologists.
