The Opportunity
We're hiring board-certified Gynecologists who want to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care to women who have historically been underserved. Applicants must hold an active IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) license or be actively in the process of obtaining one. To learn more about our mission and clinical approach, visit allarahealth.com.

State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is required.
IMLC License Requirement & Participating States
An active IMLC license - or active pursuit of one - is required for this role. The IMLC speeds up and simplifies the process of obtaining a medical license in additional states, creating an expedited licensure pathway to multi-state licensing.
To view a map of all current participating states, licensing costs by state, and the IMLC application, please visit the IMLC website.
A note on state licensing: All active and pending licenses held at the time of application are collected and reviewed during our process. Hiring decisions reflect current state-level needs, which evolve over time. Applicants may not move forward immediately if there is no active need in their licensed states. We regularly revisit candidates as needs expand and when experience, licensure, and role requirements align.

1099 Contract: The flexibility and autonomy of an independent contractor arrangement
1099 Longevity Recognition Bonus
