The Document Imaging Specialist is responsible for converting physical patient records into digital files and maintaining organized filing systems. Additionally, the role provides backup support for the call center by handling patient inquiries, insurance verification, and general administrative tasks.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of general customer service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of HIPAA regulations are required for this position.
