The Physical Therapist is responsible for managing the full course of patient care from initial evaluation to discharge, including developing and adjusting treatment plans. They also contribute to departmental improvement, mentor clinical interns, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Illinois. BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire, while a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
