The Treatment Coordinator manages the patient orthodontic journey by explaining treatment plans, coordinating financial arrangements, and addressing patient concerns. They also handle administrative duties, including scheduling, outbound calling, and maintaining clinic cleanliness.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, along with 3 years of customer service, 2 years of sales, and 1 year of treatment coordination experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bilingual fluency in Spanish are required.
