The Referral Coordinator facilitates medical appointments and services by managing referral orders within an electronic health record system. They also coordinate care with internal and external stakeholders while assisting patients with public aid and insurance enrollment.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma and at least one year of experience in a medical office setting. Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office Suite is required, with preference given to those with electronic health record experience.

Individual accountabilities and work volume will be established through the development of annual Success Objectives within the framework outlined below.
