The Architectural Project Manager will lead the day-to-day delivery of healthcare projects, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams. They will serve as the primary client contact while overseeing consultant coordination, technical documentation, and construction administration activities.
Candidates must be a Licensed Architect with over 10 years of professional experience, specifically in managing healthcare projects. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, along with strong knowledge of building codes and construction techniques.

The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare project delivery experience, technical understanding, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through complex stakeholder, regulatory, and operational environments. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and design intent.
