The Health House est un espace innovant dédié au bien-être global, conçu pour accompagner chacun vers une meilleure santé au quotidien grâce à des produits sélectionnés, des outils digitaux, des conseils personnalisés et un accompagnement humain de qualité.
Le magasin s'articulera autour de plusieurs univers clés du bien-être : Digestion & Microbiote, Hormones & Beauté, Mouvement, Sommeil, Nutrition, Intimité, …
Les visiteurs pourront découvrir des produits innovants, bénéficier de conseils personnalisés, utiliser des outils digitaux de mesure et d'évaluation et commander l'ensemble de l'assortiment Newpharma via des bornes digitales avec livraison en magasin.
Pour faire vivre cette expérience inédite, nous recherchons notre premier Store Manager.
En tant que Store Manager, vous êtes l’ambassadeur de la Health House et le garant de l’expérience client.
Vous jouez un rôle clé dans le lancement de ce tout nouveau concept innovant développé par Newpharma.
À ce titre, vous participez activement à la phase de mise en place et de construction du magasin, en apportant vos idées, votre expertise terrain et vos recommandations afin de contribuer à la stratégie de lancement et au succès du projet.
Vous pilotez l’ouverture et l’exploitation quotidienne du point de vente, animez votre équipe de cinq Energy Hosts et veillez à offrir à chaque visiteur une expérience mémorable. Véritable acteur du développement du concept, vous fournissez un feedback continu, accompagnez les ajustements nécessaires et contribuez à faire évoluer l’offre et l’expérience client.
Vous participez directement au succès commercial du magasin tout en incarnant la vision innovante de Newpharma dans le domaine du bien-être.

Recruter, intégrer et accompagner les Energy Hosts.
Organiser les plannings et assurer la bonne répartition des activités.
Former, coacher et développer les compétences de l'équipe.
Fixer les objectifs individuels et collectifs.
Créer un environnement de travail positif et motivant.
Gestion opérationnelle
Assurer la gestion quotidienne du magasin.
Superviser les encaissements et les opérations de caisse.
Piloter les stocks et les approvisionnements.
Gérer les commandes produits.
Garantir la qualité de présentation du magasin.
Veiller au respect des procédures et standards de la Health House.
Développement commercial
Atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires et de rentabilité.
Analyser les indicateurs de performance.
Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration continue.
Participer à l'organisation d'animations et d'événements.
Développer la visibilité locale du concept store.
Digital & Innovation
Promouvoir l'utilisation des outils digitaux présents en magasin.
Accompagner les clients dans l'utilisation des bornes et services digitaux.
Encourager l'adoption de l'écosystème de la Health House.
Contribuer à faire de Health House une référence en matière de retail santé et bien-être.
Votre profil
Expérience
Expérience dans l'un des secteurs suivants : santé, pharmacie, parapharmacie, nutrition, bien-être, cosmétique, retail premium ou services.
Expérience réussie en gestion de point de vente.
Expérience en management d'équipe.
Compétences
Solides connaissances du secteur santé et bien-être.
Bonnes connaissances du français, néerlandais et anglais.
Forte orientation client.
Sens commercial développé.
Excellentes capacités de communication.
Aisance avec les outils digitaux.
