The Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for coordinating general laboratory operations, including staff supervision, training, and scheduling. They must maintain procedures and quality control in compliance with CAP and other accrediting body guidelines.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology and sufficient experience in all laboratory areas. National certification (ASCP or AMT) and previous supervisory experience are preferred.

We’re currently seeking a dedicated Laboratory Supervisor to join our Laboratory Department at our Ontario location.
Responsible for maintaining procedures, quality control, continuous quality improvement (CQI), departmental manuals in compliance with CAP and the accrediting body’s guidelines, and recommending new procedures and tests. Responsible for coordinating and supervising the general operations of the Laboratory, including training, and scheduling. Responsible for reporting quality trends as well as inconsistencies to Laboratory Director. Supervises the performance of Laboratory staff in designated section under the direction of the Laboratory Director. Responsible for effective and consistent interdepartmental communications.
