The Admission RN is responsible for coordinating total patient care and evaluating the effectiveness of nursing services provided to patients and families. They will also participate in the patient's plan of care during the admission process and present records to the Clinical Record Review Committee.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current Registered Nurse license in the state. One or more years of experience in a community or home health agency is preferred, along with knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
