The Clinical Coordinator provides leadership and oversight for medical services while ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency. They are responsible for supervising staff, maintaining safety compliance, and delivering direct clinical care including vaccinations and medication administration.
Candidates must hold a Certified Medical Assistant program completion or an Associate Degree in Nursing, along with an active LPN license or CMA certification. A valid driver's license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required, with five years of direct patient care experience preferred.

• Provide leadership and oversight of medical and ancillary services, ensuring quality patient care, smooth operational flow, and excellent customer service.
• Supervise and support staff through hiring, evaluations, disciplinary actions, training, and professional development to foster workforce excellence.
• Maintain compliance and safety by overseeing equipment, supplies, infection control, hazardous waste disposal, and universal precautions.
• Deliver direct patient care including health history documentation, nursing procedures, medication administration, vaccinations, COVID testing, and care coordination.
• Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and continuous quality improvement while serving as a resource for electronic health record training and protocol updates.
Required:
• Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program or 2 year/Associate Degree in Nursing from a State accredited school
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA or American Red Cross
• Active LPN NC License or CMA certification
• Clean driving record with current NC driver’s license and approved by corporate vehicle insurance vendor for driving privileges
