The Oral Surgery Assistant I will assist surgeons during minor procedures, including retracting, suctioning, and passing instruments. They are also responsible for room turnover, instrument processing, and maintaining accurate electronic medical records.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and obtain necessary certifications including BLS, infection control, and dental radiography. Experience or training in sterile processing and anesthesia-related procedures is required or must be obtained within the first year.
