The Medical Assistant will perform patient care tasks, obtain vital signs, and document observations in the EMR while maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment. They are responsible for collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure service excellence and patient advocacy during urgent care visits.
Candidates must hold a current LPN license, CMA/RMA certification, or have completed an accredited medical assistant or EMT program. A current CPR certification is also required to perform the duties of this role.

Position Summary:
Service excellence is to be centered on patient care and patient relationships and is the responsibility of all employees. Partnership is the norm and all employees will be held accountable to work as effective team members with both internal and external partners. Carry out patient care tasks and medical orders as delegated by physicians, APPs or other health care personnel following the Care Model Process.
