The Store General Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales through exam growth and delivering an outstanding patient experience. They oversee daily operations, team development, and ensure the store meets all merchandising and safety standards.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of optical retail experience and a proven track record of sales growth. A bachelor's degree or comparable experience in optical retail operations is required.

Develop and maintain outstanding patient, associate and doctor satisfaction through consistent retention.
Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in optical retail operations (Minimum 3 years optical retail experience.)
