The Director is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new residents and maintain the community's philosophy. They oversee all promotional activities, manage the marketing budget, and handle the admissions process including contracts and state documentation.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and a business or marketing-related degree with 2 to 4 years of professional experience. Proficiency in healthcare/assisted living marketing and the ability to work flexible hours are required.

Evaluate customer research, marketing conditions, competition and implement marketing plan as needed. Oversee all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Compassion/skills to help people focus on the living at New Friends. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification with 2 to 4 years of experience. Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies. Technical marketing skills for healthcare/assisted living. Proven experience in customer and market research. Relevant industry knowledge. Must have a desire to work in the health care field. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Must be able to work as part of a management team. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
