Looking for a role where your work truly matters—every single day? As a Direct Support Professional II, you’ll do more than provide care—you’ll empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities.
At Seven Hills Community Services, we believe the people we support should have choice, voice, and control over their lives—and you’ll play a key role in making that happen.
Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, except the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non–Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard.
All asleep hours are paid at a flat rate of $17.50/hour.
