The Program Administrator manages daily PACE program operations, including quality improvement, service delivery, and regulatory compliance. They also provide oversight for site coverage, assist with fiscal management, and ensure staff maintain high standards of care.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in health care administration or a related field and at least one year of experience in staff leadership and geriatric care. Proficiency in operations management and the ability to travel locally between centers are required.
The Program Administrator under the direction of the Director of Center Operations and/or Center Manager manages the activities of the PACE program which includes the daily operations, quality, customer service, service delivery and cost management along with serving in an oversight capacity of a site for coverage. Position also ensures compliance with established state, federal, and organizational regulations.
PACE Operations – Ensures all PACE requirements are met in terms of care planning, service delivery, grievances, appeals and other areas. Assists in overseeing customer service excellence especially with the Department Specialists/Receptionists. Works with the Center Manager in providing a robust food delivery service in a efficient and cost effective manner and in enhanced customer satisfaction experience. Provides coverage for Center Manager in their absence as needed.
