Requires at least 2 years of experience caring for individuals with age-related brain disease and knowledge of dementia disease processes. A Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) certification and supervisory experience are preferred.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Memory Care Director will oversee the daily operations of the Memory Care Unit. Including but not limited to, coordinating the program/activities, services, policies and procedures to ensure a therapeutic, engaging and safe environment for all Residents. Supervising and management of staff and CNA’s.
