HVAC Technician – Full TimeNotre Dame Health CareNotre Dame Health Care is seeking an experienced and dependable HVAC Technician to join our Plant Operations team. This full-time position supports our entire campus, which includes Long-Term Care, Skilled Rehabilitation, and Assisted Living.
The HVAC Technician will operate, maintain, and repair all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment across campus buildings. This includes the central heating plant utilizing steam and/or hot water systems, and the central chilled water plant providing cooling to all facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-regulated environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Requirements
· Must have a high school diploma or GED
· Must have certification/license required in HVAC Mechanic role.
· EPA Universal certification.
· Must have 4-5 years’ direct experience in HVAC and boiler operation and maintenance.
· Must have entry-level training on Metasys building automation system and know how to utilize the control program for troubleshooting.
