The Senior Data Manager will oversee the end-to-end data lifecycle for Indiana Medicaid reporting, ensuring compliance with state standards and contractual obligations. They will lead quality assurance processes, conduct root cause analysis for data issues, and implement strategic process improvements for reporting.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in data quality, regulatory reporting, or compliance within the healthcare sector. Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is required, along with the ability to work on-site in Indianapolis three days per week.
