Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited occupational therapy curriculum and possess a current state license. A minimum of two years of relevant experience, active CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation are required.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Occupational Therapist Per Visit (OT) is a qualified professional who assists the physician in evaluating level of function, helps develop the plan of treatment (revising as necessary), prepares clinical and progress notes, advises and consults with the family and other agency personnel, and participates in In-service programs.
