The Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of all floors throughout the hospital facility. This includes operating floor care equipment, performing sanitization protocols, and ensuring compliance with safety and infection control standards.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. Previous experience in janitorial or environmental services and the ability to operate floor care machinery are preferred.
Floor Technician (Floor Tech)
The Floor Technician at Lemontree Healthcare is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of all floors throughout the facility. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the facility's infection control measures by ensuring that floors are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and polished according to established protocols. The Floor Technician will use a variety of floor care equipment, chemicals, and techniques to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in patient care areas, public spaces, and staff areas.
