Requires a high school diploma and three years of trade experience, along with a Journeyman Certificate and a valid driver's license. Proficiency in MEP systems and adherence to OSHA safety standards are essential.
The Facility Technician III provides skilled maintenance duties in Facilities across the Health First Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) including Inspections, Repairs, Preventative Maintenance of buildings, grounds and applicable equipment. The Facility Technician III ensure all the safety, efficiency and reliability of facilities by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across all on and off site locations.
