How you’ll make an impact in this role
Capture high-fidelity diagnostic images by expertly positioning patients and selecting precise technical parameters to ensure clinical clarity.
Guide patients through the imaging journey by providing empathetic education and pre-screening to reduce anxiety and ensure safety.
Lead quality control for the digital record by managing the seamless transfer of images to PACS, ensuring every scan is accurately marked and documented for the radiologist.
Maintain a high-performance clinical environment by proactively monitoring equipment health and department readiness to ensure uninterrupted patient care.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
One or more of the following required:
Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Radiologic Technologist specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking
Prior hospital experience preferred
Cross sectional imaging experience preferred
