The hospital specializes in treating complex mental health and co-occurring disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance use disorders, delivering individualized, holistic treatment plans in a structured, supportive environment.
As a key leader on the executive team, the Human Resources Director will support a fast-paced, mission-driven hospital with over 100 licensed beds and a diverse workforce delivering care across multiple service lines. This role is critical in driving strategic HR initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and compassionate care aligned with North Tampa Behavioral Health’s commitment to dignity, respect, and patient-centered outcomes.
