The Dedicated Client Service Partner serves as the primary onsite liaison between Cigna and the client, providing personalized support for healthcare benefits and claims. They are responsible for educating employees on wellness programs, resolving complex benefit issues, and fostering strong relationships with HR teams and stakeholders.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, an associate's or bachelor's degree, and at least 3 years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or benefits administration. Strong customer service, analytical, and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to work onsite five days per week.

The Dedicated Client Service Partner will work in Orlando Florida (Onsite – 5 days per week with local travel to client locations as needed)
In this highly visible role, you will build trusted relationships, resolve complex benefit and claims issues, educate employees about their healthcare options, and deliver insights that improve the employee experience and strengthen client satisfaction.
