Lead test planning, readiness, execution, defect management, and evaluation reporting throughout modernization phases.
Drive Business Process Reengineering, Change Management, communications, and stakeholder engagement to support transition readiness.
Manage dashboards, Integrated Master Schedule, SOPs, knowledge repositories, and program records to ensure transparency and control.
Deliver analytical assessments, recommendations, and decision support to program leadership.

PMP certification required
10+ years of program/project management experience in IT, financial systems, or modernization initiatives
10+ years of full-lifecycle experience, including data migration and cutover execution
SAP experience — particularly with financial modules, data structures, or migration — strongly preferred
Proven track record leading high-visibility, mission-critical programs

Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-support skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation or security clearance
