The Case Manager provides quality social services to unaccompanied children and their families to achieve program objectives and agency goals. Key duties include managing family reunification packets, maintaining ORR portal records, and collaborating with government stakeholders like DHS and ICE.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field and at least one year of case management or child welfare experience. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a child facility.

The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) Case Manager requires expertise in providing quality social services, individually and in groups, to clients and their families to accomplish program objectives and agency goals. In accordance with agency policies and procedures, licensing standards, Federal, State, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), and local regulatory agencies.
