The Occupational Therapist provides cognitive and functional performance services to support mission readiness and resilience for personnel in high-stress operational environments. Responsibilities include conducting neurocognitive evaluations, developing individualized performance plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary Human Performance teams.
Requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy, NBCOT certification, and a valid state license. Candidates must have at least three years of clinical experience, including two years in cognitive or neurorehabilitation, and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides cognitive and functional performance services designed to support mission readiness, resilience, and occupational effectiveness. The OT applies occupational analysis to identify barriers to optimal performance, delivers evidence‑based interventions, and collaborates with interdisciplinary Human Performance teams to support personnel and their families. This role includes cognitive performance assessment, rehabilitation, education, and integrated performance planning aligned with the demands of high‑stress operational environments.
CLEARANCE: Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance within six (6) months of hiring.

The likely salary range for this position is $83,927 - $113,549. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Telecommuting Options:
