The server is responsible for taking food and beverage orders from guests and serving them in a prompt, professional manner. They must ensure all items are recorded accurately in the POS system while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in high-volume fine dining and possess a current food handler's card. The role requires open availability for weekends and holidays and the ability to stand for eight-hour shifts.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THE ONE PICO SERVER POSITION:
To take guest food and beverage orders and to serve each round with guest check. Assure that all drinks and food items are recorded properly on POS. To offer menus when requested. To help seat guests. Shall request identification when legal age is in question. Follow Forbes Standards.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
•Ensures guest satisfaction in Restaurant Service Operations
•Performs all service procedures in an exemplary manner
•Follow Forbes Standards
•Adheres to department and ETC standards
•Ensures knowledge of food to be served at the Lounge
•Communicates clearly and effectively with Charm and Courtesy
•Is familiar with and able to offer and up-sell beverages and extra options
•Maintains excellent standards of Health and Safety in line with hotel policy and CAL/OSHA requirements
•Maintains a teamwork orientation toward and among co-workers
•Responds to guest concerns and questions and resolves to guest’s satisfaction by trouble shooting or directing guest complaints to appropriate department head for prompt action
•Minimum TWO Years working in * Fine dining, high-volume experience
•Must have a current food handler's card
•Clean work habits and attention to detail
•Resourceful and well organized
•Ability to multi-task & maintain poise and a sense of humor amidst a fast paced and demanding environment
•Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system, punctuality and regular and reliable attendance
•Standing and walking eight-hour shifts
•Required, and must have open availability, weekends, and holidays.
•Luxury hospitality experience highly preferred.
