We are looking for a confident and commercially minded Food & Beverage Administrative Coordinator to support revenue generation across our restaurants and events spaces while delivering a seamless and personalized guest experience.
This role is integral to the success of our Food & Beverage operations, acting as a key point of contact for restaurant and event enquiries. Through thoughtful communication, attention to detail, and proactive coordination, you will help convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, maximize covers and event spend, and support the wider Food & Beverage and Events teams.
