The Pasta Maker is responsible for creating fresh pasta daily according to company recipes and standards while maintaining a clean, sanitary workspace. They also provide customer service by educating guests on product choices and ensuring proper inventory rotation.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or culinary degree and at least one year of experience as a cook or chef. The role requires the physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours, along with availability for a flexible schedule including weekends.

A Pasta Maker creates fresh batches of pasta daily to be sold in the market and served in restaurants at an Eataly location. A Pasta Maker is also involved with educating guests on Eataly’s various pastas and providing customer service. Reports to the Fresh Pasta Lead.
Compensation: This position has a base rate of $17 - $20 per hour.
