The Lead Bread Baker is responsible for producing authentic Italian breads and focaccia while supervising daily bakery and pizza alla pala operations. This includes managing production processes, guiding trainees, and maintaining sanitary standards according to health regulations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in baker preparation with mastery of related techniques. A post-secondary culinary program is highly preferred, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule including overnights.

In Eataly’s 24-hour operating bakery, a Lead Bread Baker is responsible for producing delicious bread and focaccia in accordance with our authentic Italian recipes. Reports to the Bakery Manager.
Compensation: This position pays a base rate of $22 - $27 per hour
