The Butcher is responsible for cleaning, cutting, weighing, and packaging meat according to high-quality standards. They also provide customer service by assisting guests with product selection and cooking techniques.
Candidates should have over one year of experience with meat, preferably in high-volume retail, and a high school diploma is preferred. Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work with knives for up to 8 hours is required.
