Di cosa ti occuperai?
In quanto Commis de Rang, assisterai lo Chef de Rang durante l’esecuzione del servizio al rango e nell’allestimento della sala. Al fianco di professionisti di eccellenza, ti occuperai di:
• Supportare lo Chef de Rang nell’erogazione del servizio in sala, portando i piatti dalla cucina al tavolo, occupandoti della mise en place dei tavoli e dello sbarazzo, secondo le procedure e gli standard di servizio;
• Curare la pulizia e il decoro del ristorante;
• Curare la pulizia e il decoro delle aree di back office del ristorante;
• Interagire con l’Ospite, instaurando un rapporto personalizzato.

Quali requisiti cerchiamo?
• Italiano fluente
• Livello d’inglese base;
• È preferibile il diploma d’istruzione professionale dei servizi turistici;
• Certificazione HACCP valida;
• Passione per il servizio e ambizione per crescere professionalmente;
• Flessibilità.
