Nous recherchons un(e) Promoteur(trice) des Ventes en alternance pour rejoindre notre équipe Commerciale Terrain en France, sur le secteur Sud-Ouest.

Véritable relais terrain, vous contribuez activement au développement de nos marques auprès des distributeurs professionnels. Vous participez à l’ouverture de nouveaux points de vente, au développement des clients existants et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie commerciale sur votre secteur.

Au sein de notre organisation commerciale, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le développement de notre présence terrain et dans l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux de l’entreprise. 🚀

 

Vos missions

 

Développement commercial

  • Prospecter et identifier de nouveaux points de vente à fort potentiel.
  • Ouvrir de nouveaux comptes sur votre secteur.
  • Développer le chiffre d’affaires et la distribution de nos gammes.
  • Atteindre les objectifs commerciaux fixés.
  • Participer à l’animation des points de vente et réaliser des démonstrations auprès des clients et utilisateurs professionnels.
  • Participer à des salons professionnels à travers la France.

 

Négociation & développement client

  • Négocier les emplacements en rayon et les mises en avant promotionnelles.
  • Mettre en place les opérations commerciales définies.
  • Développer des relations de confiance avec les responsables de magasin et les distributeurs. 🤝

 

Merchandising & visibilité

  • Vérifier la bonne implantation des produits.
  • Optimiser la visibilité et le merchandising des gammes.
  • Veiller à la disponibilité des produits et limiter les ruptures de stock.

 

Analyse & reporting

  • Suivre les ventes et les performances de votre secteur.
  • Réaliser des reportings réguliers auprès de votre hiérarchie.
  • Identifier les opportunités de développement et les actions correctrices à mettre en place.

 

Veille concurrentielle

  • Assurer une veille active du marché et de la concurrence.
  • Adapter votre discours commercial et vos recommandations en fonction des évolutions du marché.

 

Votre environnement

Vous interviendrez principalement sur les départements suivants : 64, 40, 33, 47, 24, 19 et 46.

Des déplacements ponctuels sont également à prévoir sur les départements : 65, 32, 82, 12, 81, 31, 09, 11, 34 et 66.

Localisation idéale : Agen, Bordeaux ou Langon.

 

Votre profil

  • Vous préparez une formation de niveau Bac à Bac +2.
  • Une première expérience commerciale est appréciée, mais les profils débutants sont également les bienvenus.
  • Une connaissance de la vente BtoB ou de l’univers de la plomberie constitue un atout.
  • L’anglais est un plus.
