La risorsa sarà responsabile del primo contatto con i clienti, della gestione delle richieste e della collaborazione con il team per l'organizzazione degli eventi.
Nel dettaglio, le mansioni includono:
- Accoglienza e gestione dei clienti presso la sede
- Organizzazione delle richieste e degli appuntamenti
- Aggiornamento delle informazioni e dei dati sui clienti
- Supporto nella pianificazione e coordinamento degli eventi
- Collaborazione con il team per la gestione delle attività giornaliere
