The role involves managing the logistics front office by registering goods entries via WMS and verifying transport documents. You will coordinate with the warehouse and transport planning to direct drivers and assign unloading bays for 80-100 vehicles daily.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and 1-2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse environments. Proficiency in PC use and warehouse management software, along with the ability to work under pressure, is required.
Apriamo una nuova posizione di Addetto/a front office logistico nel nostro hub operativo. Nel nostro team sarai il primo riferimento per autisti e fornitori, assicurando ordine e chiarezza in ogni ingresso merci.
Requisiti:
diploma di scuola superiore
esperienza di 1-2 anni in ambito logistico o magazzino
buon uso del PC e dei gestionali di magazzino
capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e con ritmi sostenuti
disponibilità entro 2 settimane
Nelle tue giornate ti occuperai di registrare gli ingressi tramite gestionale WMS, verificare DDT e bolle, assegnare baie di scarico, indirizzare gli autisti e coordinarti con magazzino e pianificazione trasporti per circa 80-100 mezzi al giorno. Insieme costruiremo un flusso di lavoro sempre più efficiente.
