The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the hotel's F&B departments and implementing strategies to increase sales. This includes collaborating with the Head Chef on menu development and ensuring high food quality and consistency.
Candidates should have a solid background in hotel F&B operations and experience with multi-departmental budgeting and forecasting. Previous experience working in Asian restaurants is highly desirable.

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to achieve increased sales and for overseeing the overall operation of food & beverage and its departments. Candidates with previous experience working in Asian restaurants will be desirable.
