Apply strategic sourcing processes and tools (e.g., supplier management, standardization, aggregation, best-cost country sourcing).
Manage stakeholder relationships across global, regional, and local levels to ensure alignment with the category strategy.
Conduct market and risk analysis and develop TCO models to identify and deliver cost and value improvement opportunities.
Build a competitive supplier environment, leveraging synergies across Nestlé factories to optimize costs and create value.
Develop and manage supplier partnerships, including onboarding new suppliers and negotiating contracts in line with the strategy.
What will make you successful
University degree in either Engineering, Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics or Finance.
Well established experience in strategic sourcing, ideally with a regional or global scope; experience in aseptic filling procurement would be an asset.
Strong agility and collaboration skills to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional global environments.
Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, TCO modelling, risk management, and supplier relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and data management skills, with effective use of digital tools and AI to drive outcomes.
Fluency in English, other languages will be an asset.
