The Assistant Meat/Seafood Manager assists in overseeing department operations, including merchandising, inventory control, and product quality. They are responsible for leading, training, and developing the team while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of professional experience, with 2-3 years of grocery retail experience in meat department processes highly preferred. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting up to 90 lbs and standing for long periods, as well as a flexible schedule.
