The Deli Specialist is responsible for maintaining deli department excellence by ensuring product freshness, accurate merchandising, and strict adherence to food safety standards. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations and be at least 18 years old. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and working a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

As the Deli Specialist, you will provide deli department excellence, ensuring product freshness, merchandising accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards. This role embodies passion, excellence, hospitality, and teamwork, delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational integrity. You will support deli inventory accuracy, ensure rotation standards, and presentation, while supporting guest engagement and department readiness for promotions and seasonal events.
This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
