The Account Management Manager is responsible for day-to-day communication, program penetration, and revenue growth within assigned small-sized accounts. They act as a trusted advisor to implement supply cost reductions and maintain strong customer relationships through strategic planning and regular site visits.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience along with at least 4 years of experience in account management or customer success. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong project management and communication skills are required.
