The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, managing daily store operations, and fostering a high-performance service culture. They oversee inventory, merchandising, and staff development while ensuring full compliance with alcohol sales regulations.
Candidates should have 5+ years of managerial experience in a retail setting and familiarity with POS and inventory software. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

Internally, you will be referred to as Store Manager and report to the District Manager.
