The QA Technician is responsible for performing various quality tests, maintaining inspection logs, and ensuring products meet USDA and company standards. Key duties include collecting samples, calibrating equipment, and monitoring food safety and quality throughout the production process.
Candidates should have the ability to read and write in English and perform basic mathematical calculations. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with some experience in a manufacturing environment.
