Requires prior maintenance experience, preferably in food manufacturing, and leadership experience. Candidates must possess strong communication, mathematical, and computer skills, along with knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and BRC standards.

Position Summary
Perform in accordance with all company standards, polices and procedures. Instruct subordinates on day to day duties. Plan, lead, and direct operation activities on the shift and give appropriate feedback to employees. Build teams and assign both responsibilities and accountabilities, including appropriate metrics. Develop a work environment within manufacturing that promotes trust, teamwork, quality and safety. Ensure production of a quality product in compliance with Federal and State guidelines. Ensure regulatory compliance as appropriate (OSHA, BRC, EPA, FDA, USDA, HACCP, etc.).
