Pay starts at $24.40 an hour
$1,000 sign on bonus
$1 night shift and $1 weekend premium
Eligible for all benefits day 1 of hire

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand and follow productionand product changeoverschedule,adjusting as needed to avoid downtime on production floor.
Plan and schedule fluid transfers and rawlinesClean-In-Place (CIP)with Filler Operators,Blending Operators, and Separators.
Maintain,clean, and sterilizeequipment, parts, tools, utensils,and workarea,completing Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) andensuring good housekeeping and 5S standards are met.
Monitor sterile and non-sterile zones for leaks.
Accurately complete all necessary documentationusing Good Documentation Practices (GDP’s)includingbatchrecord entries, cleaning forms,processorlogs, work orders, etc.
Monitor line graphs and detect deviations in legal trends.
Consistently meet production needs and goals; minimize productshrinkand downtime.
Conduct basic troubleshooting of allprocessing equipment andaseptic tanks, contacting maintenance as needed.
Learn all ultra-high temperature processing systems.
Activelyparticipatein shift exchanges and work team meetings.
IdentifyCritical Control Points (CCP)and monitor, including temperature, pressure, and time.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP’s)and Standard Operating Procedures(SOP’s).
This position requires the ability to work with dairy and nut products in addition to other related ingredients and allergens.
Safety Protocol
Stop any observed unsafe actsand obey facility safety rules and procedures.
Correct or report any observed safety hazards.
Support safety policies and programs.

Education Required:
High School Diploma orequivalent preferred.
Experience Required:
Minimum one (1) year of experience in a food manufacturing environmentrequired.
Knowledge of products and the dairy industry preferred.
Certification/Licensure Required:
Ability to be Lockout Tagout (LOTO) certified.
Obtain Better Process Control School Certificationrequiredpost-hire.
