The Bulk Receiving Technician is responsible for receiving, sampling, and unloading raw ingredients using a yard dog and unloading equipment. They must maintain accurate documentation in the WMS program and ensure compliance with food safety and GMP standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license, with demonstrated skill in operating yard tractor equipment. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment and a CDL license are desirable.

Position Summary: The Bulk Receiving Technician is responsible for receiving raw ingredients in bulk, verifying incoming loads meet specifications, unloading raw materials, moving trailers using the yard dog and completing all necessary paperwork to meet Food Safety standards.
