Responsible for managing commercial loan portfolios, performing technical and administrative duties, and supporting Commercial Loan Officers with credit relationships. This includes underwriting complex loan requests, conducting annual reviews, and monitoring credit risk for existing borrowers.
Requires a minimum of seven years of loan underwriting experience, preferably within a financial institution. A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting and RMA Lending Certifications are preferred.

Where You Will Work: Remote role open to candidates residing in Washington (WA) or Oregon (OR). (Branches)
Pay Range: The target annual pay range for this position is $104,632 - $118,900. The full annual pay range is $95,120 - $142,680.
This position is responsible for supporting the Commercial Lending Team by handling all aspects of commercial loan portfolio management as it relates to the portfolio of loans. Performs both technical and administrative duties.
What You’ll Do:
When You'll Be Working: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Full-time 40 hours a week.
Qualifications:
Minimum seven (7) years loan underwriting experience, ideally in commercial underwriting and analysis within a financial institution.
This position is eligible for Full-Time Regular benefits. Employees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage.
All benefits except 401k start the first of the month following date of hire. Employees become eligible to contribute to 401k on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
