Prepare and maintain clean, audit-ready payroll, benefits, and people related records at all times.
Generate people data reports and dashboards to support the VP of People & Culture and business leaders, data is power to our business.
Lead and develop a team of payroll professionals who already set the bar high.
Support people systems integration during M&A activity, planning is key (and so is back-up planning!).
Be the go-to subject matter expert for all things payroll, benefits, and HRIS within the People & Culture team.
Supporting the success of our teams and business by training and educating our managers at site level on the aspects of scheduling, payroll and labor management.

You are scarily organized.
You maintain confidentiality.
Nothing gets by you, you have a hold on all things detail and data.
